Rules:
In general, a letter followed by an apostrophe
is pronounced as the letter or the most common
sound based on the letter followed by the shwa
sound like the letter A in the word Father.
The Z, hard CH (ch is always as in Church) and
X sound does not exist in the Elven language.
Typically all vowels in an elven word are pronounced.
The Roots as letters in a word can represent the
meaning in the word, construct words using
them will make more complex meanings.
Example: A' Bece (A-B'-C) = the tides.
Why? It is the graceful influence of the moons on
water. Obviously not all words imaginable
can be made by the few phonemes I have set up here but it gives a consistency
for quite a few and makes the words have a singsong like flow and
consistency.
